’s Platform

The Platform is deployed in an outpatient exam room and used by technicians and mid-level providers to perform diagnostic tests needed for primary care or specialty medical services, Figure 1A. Patient data is digitized, uploaded to the cloud, organized, and displayed to the physician on the Workstation. Proprietary AI and predictive analytics assist physicians in quickly and accurately diagnosing and managing diseases and in delivering precision medicine solutions. Physicians may complete patient encounters in their clinics, Figure 1B, or via telemedicine to patients in schools, nursing homes, assisted care facilities, and other remote access sites where the platform is deployed, Figure 1C.

The Doctor's Workstation and GUI

Clinical results of the encounter are organized in a Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS) and a GUI provides the physician with a highly-intuitive, information rich interface, Figure 2. Through the GUI, physicians may view examination results in high definition 4K video, listen to audio files of heart and lung sounds, and review results of laboratory, ECG and imaging studies. The physician is assisted by’s AI and machine learning algorithms that analyze diagnostic findings and classify them as normal, abnormal and borderline. The results are color coded green, red and yellow, respectively, helping the physician to focus his time and expertise on anomalies rather than on normal findings and improving the physician’s efficiency.

A New Category of Outpatient Care

The Encounter is a new category of outpatient care that increases access to high quality, affordable precision medicine. Compared to conventional outpatient exams, encounters are faster, more efficient, and the quality of the exam is augmented by AI and predictive analytic software which improves over time with machine learning. Remotely conducted encounters can also provide healthcare during pandemics while protecting physicians from exposure to infectious patients. The Company collects a fee for every encounter performed on the platform.

Conventional vs. Outpatient Encounters
Conventional Outpatient Encounters  Benefits Outpatient Encounters
Access to comprehensive outpatient care is limited to locations where physicians are onsite to perform patient examinations. encounters can bring comprehensive outpatient services to schools, nursing homes, extended care facilities and other remote sites where the platform is deployed; Doctors on the platform gain access to new patients.
Little or none of the patient examination is digitized or analyzed by AI or predictive analytic software to assist physicians with diagnosing and managing diseases. encounters are augmented by AI and predictive analytics to assist physicians in quickly and accurately diagnosing diseases; software capabilities improve with machine learning to deliver precision medicine.
Requires expensive outpatient clinic facilities; Physician productivity is limited by manual onsite workflow. outpatient encounters can be provided through low cost access sites; Digital workflow & online access to new patients can increase physician revenue productivity 25-100%.
Most outpatient clinics were closed during COVID-19 lockdowns; Physicians who continued to see patients were at risk of exposure to infected patients. encounters conducted remotely can provide comprehensive outpatient services during pandemics while protecting physicians from infectious patients.
