HealthDigital.ai is a technology-enabled healthcare service company with a simple revenue model: The company signs agreements with network partners, deploys the HealthDigital.ai technology platform into an access site, and collects a fee for every patient encounter performed on the platform.

HealthDigital.ai network partners include FQHCs and other primary care clinics, nursing homes, community health centers, school clinics and veterans’ centers. As a Medical Service Organization (MSO), HealthDigital.ai contracts with providers and bills payors on their behalf, or providers may collect for services rendered and pay HealthDigital.ai the encounter fee.
